Use this template when you:

• are looking to license some rights or all rights of a content
• to be used across selected platforms
• for a defined period of time
• for as long as allowed by the law (“lifetime”)
• this template Copyright License Agreement will allow you to enter into a valid, legally binding contract with the Licensor / Licensee of the content(s)

 

COMMISSION AGREEMENT

A ‘commission’ is when Party A gives a ‘work order’ to Party B to produce content on their behalf. Because Party A pays for the production, the content is a “work made for hire”.

Use this template when you:

• are looking to commission content(s) and you want to use the content across all platforms and retain all rights 
• receive a work commission but want to use the content on certain platforms and retain certain rights yourself
• this template Copyright Commission Agreement will shall allow you to enter into a valid, legally binding contract with the Producer / Party B of the content(s)
